Care Support Role

Candlelight Care is a leading provider of home care services, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks and personal care.
  • Assist with medication management, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
  • Report any significant changes in client health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure their needs are met.
