Care Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Candlelight Care. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional and practical support to clients, assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation.

• Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.

• Report any significant changes in client health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
