Care Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to clients, assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation.
  • Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
  • Report any significant changes in client health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.

Requirements:

  • Empathetic and understanding nature, with a desire to help people.

  • A full driving license and access to your own vehicle (although walking and cycling routes are available in some areas).
