We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and practical support to clients, assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation.
• Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
• Report any significant changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
