Brunelcare is an award-winning charity providing housing, care, and support for older people in the South West. We are seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team and contribute to creating a homely environment for our residents.

About the Role

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of care and support provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in care is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is a kind, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks.
