About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DC Client Manager to join our team at SEI1GLOBAL. As a key member of our Institutional business, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our Master Trust clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day inquiries and providing proactive relationship management.
  • Prepare and review quarterly reporting to SEI1GLOBAL's DC clients on investment and administration performance.
  • Partner with internal and external suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and coordinate administration delivery, and serve as the escalation point for complex cases, complaints, or corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the development of the client service function by generating ideas and implementing new procedures.
  • Identify emerging client needs and inform the DC proposition team, working with them to develop solutions.
  • Support the sales process by participating in new business proposals and consultant meetings, as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable client-facing DC experience, including internal client-facing roles.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple agendas.
  • Hold or be working towards a qualification such as IMC / CFA / IAQ, a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, ACA / ACCA or FIA.
