About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our Client Management division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Contract, Own Trust & Master Trust DC clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for a shared portfolio of Contract, Own Trust & Master Trust DC clients, responding to ad hoc requests and resolving scheme-specific issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with various teams across the Legal & General business, including Operations, to ensure full investigation and resolution of any queries or issues.
  • Build strong collaborative working relationships across the DC business to develop a network of key contacts and knowledge of the DC business.
  • Support planned annual and ad hoc scheme events, ensuring these are scheduled and managed with all areas across DC.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to the wider regulatory and legislative landscape, assessing and adapting current processes or scheme design as needed.
Requirements
  • Corporate client relationship management experience in a product provider or EBC/significant intermediary.
  • Understanding of administration/operational matters in relation to DC pension plans.
  • Demonstrable communication/presentation skills, with previous client-facing meeting and presentational experience.
  • Ability to articulate and convey information in a clear and compelling manner in writing and in person.
