Job Title: Graduate Leadership Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Graduate Leadership Team Coordinator. This role will provide an opportunity to work on a major nuclear new build project, overseeing the HVAC construction activities and ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC systems that meet the stringent requirements of the nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction Leadership: Lead the HVAC construction activities, ensuring alignment with overall project goals, timelines, and safety and quality standards.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all HVAC construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work in close collaboration with the Client, design partners, and other stakeholders to ensure HVAC systems are designed and constructed to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HVAC construction activities comply with nuclear safety regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with HVAC construction activities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HVAC construction professionals, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all HVAC construction activities meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring that all HVAC construction activities prioritize the health and safety of personnel and the protection of the environment.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of HVAC construction activities, including progress reports, test results, and regulatory submissions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC construction within the nuclear or energy sectors, with a proven track record in new build EPC projects, particularly on brownfield sites.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, nuclear safety regulations, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites and work extended hours as required by the project.
