About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Works Coordinator to join our team at John Sisk and Son. As a Property Works Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action requests from team members and managers, including binding, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support other Property Works Coordinators with administrative tasks during high-volume periods.
  • Assist in stakeholder relationship management and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and process Supervisor reports and Daily Record Sheets, and upload records to external stakeholder portals.
  • Utilize GeoPal, our End-to-End Management system, to coordinate and administer information.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
