We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Works Coordinator to join our team at John Sisk and Son. As a Property Works Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various responsibilities and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Action requests from team members and managers, including binding, scanning, and document preparation.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support other Property Works Coordinators with administrative tasks during high-volume periods.
- Assist in stakeholder relationship management and maintain effective communication with various departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including Supervisor reports and Daily Record Sheets, and upload records to external stakeholder portals.
- Coordinate and administer information through our End-to-End Management system, GeoPal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office packages and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
