Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Works Coordinator to join our team in Solihull. As a key member of our Operational Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and customer service-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action requests from team members and managers, including binding, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support other Property Works Coordinators with administrative tasks during high-volume periods.
  • Assist in stakeholder relationship management and maintain effective communication with various departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, track and coordinate Supervisor reports, and upload records to external stakeholder portals.
  • Coordinate and administer information through our End-to-End Management system, GeoPal.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
