Reactive Works Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Works Coordinator to join our team in Solihull. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Action requests from team members and managers, including binding, scanning, and document preparation.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support other Property Works Coordinators with tasks during high-volume periods.
- Assist with stakeholder relationship management and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and process Supervisor reports and Daily Record Sheets, uploading records to external portals as required.
- Utilize our End-to-End Management system, GeoPal, to coordinate and administer information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to demonstrate initiative.
