Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Works Coordinator to join our team in Solihull. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action requests from team members and managers, including binding, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support other Property Works Coordinators with tasks during high-volume periods.
  • Assist with stakeholder relationship management and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and process Supervisor reports and Daily Record Sheets, uploading records to external portals as required.
  • Utilize our End-to-End Management system, GeoPal, to coordinate and administer information.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to demonstrate initiative.
