Key Responsibilities:- Action requests from team members and managers, providing administrative support as needed.
- Support the Operations Team with various administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
- Collaborate with other Property Works Coordinators to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records and files, utilizing effective electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate and process Supervisor reports and Daily Record Sheets, uploading records to external stakeholder portals as required.
- Utilize GeoPal, our End-to-End Management system, to coordinate and administer information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to demonstrate initiative.
