Team Insights

Our Accounting and Outsourcing division is dedicated to assisting clients in optimizing their financial operations, gaining insights into their financial health, and ensuring compliance with evolving accounting and tax regulations. In a rapidly changing technological landscape, our teams guide clients in areas such as process enhancement, digital transformation, business performance, and financial reporting, while fostering lasting relationships that establish Mazars as a trusted partner. Our accomplished team of over 250 professionals is expanding across all sectors, including cloud accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and corporate governance.

Role Responsibilities
  • Join our thriving International Outsourcing team, where you will oversee the delivery of services to our global client portfolio.
  • Manage a diverse range of international client engagements, ensuring the highest standards of outsourced financial services while cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
  • Engage with prospective clients to comprehend their needs and facilitate their onboarding process with our established operational practices.
  • Develop relationships with current clients to identify opportunities for broader team engagement.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., tax, corporate finance, and management financial planning) to ensure seamless integration of Mazars' services and to uncover potential opportunities.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients while delivering top-tier outsourced financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in daily operations.
  • Experience in meeting fixed deadlines on a monthly or quarterly basis, ensuring high-quality deliverables and implementing lessons learned.
  • Background in business process optimization.
  • Familiarity with various technological solutions and proficient Excel skills. Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Xero, SAP, and D365 is particularly relevant.
  • A solid understanding of the analytical and advisory skills necessary for high-growth international enterprises.
