Role Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to enhance our capabilities in delivering innovative engineering solutions. This role is crucial in addressing both commercial and technical challenges in the evolving energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead structural engineering initiatives for transformative projects that redefine energy infrastructure.
  • Develop comprehensive structural reports and methodologies that support innovative design strategies.
  • Enhance project efficiency through meticulous preparation of Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and quantity assessments.
  • Deliver engaging technical presentations to stakeholders, showcasing your expertise.
  • Contribute structural insights to competitive proposals, aiding in the acquisition of new projects.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in civil or structural engineering with over 15 years of relevant experience in front-end or FEED projects.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation, scheduling, and various front-end methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in the offshore oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.
  • Expertise in designing jackets and topsides for greenfield projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis software, including STAADPro and SESAM.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as E3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with non-linear software like Abaqus is advantageous.
