About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead our engineering team in London. As a key member of the Structural Engineering Alliance Group, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-value projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and delivery of complex structural projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure their growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Monitor and control project budgets and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and promote the company's services
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in structural engineering
  • Proven track record of cost estimation and project management
  • Prior experience working with historic buildings is highly desirable
