About the Talent Scout Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Scout. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Talking to Great People: engaging with potential candidates and delivering pitches from our clients
- Managing the Interview Process: coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process
- Working with Rec-Tech and Marketing-Tech: utilizing our recruitment technology and marketing tools to set up conversations with potential candidates
