ASSISTANT NURSERY MANAGER

Location: Tops Bournemouth, Bournemouth, Dorset

Salary: Up to £14.93 per hour

Contract: 40 hours per week/ Full Time

Responsibilities: Your role as Assistant Nursery Manager/Trainee Manager includes:

  • Collaborating on the successful execution of daily, weekly, and monthly room assessments and associated action plans
  • Actively monitoring and appropriately addressing accident trends
  • Inspiring and managing your team, providing tailored motivation and training aligned with unit needs
  • Efficient resource management, routine organization, and seamless communication with senior management
  • Expertise in creating settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journeys
  • Unwavering commitment to the safeguarding of all children in the nursery
