Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with Ofsted and national standards.
  • Support managers and settings with inspections, audits, and quality assurance activities.
  • Conduct internal audits and produce reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Audit Manager to develop and implement quality assurance strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the operational team, including data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a quality assurance or compliance role.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Driving license.
