Role Overview

In our organization, the role of Customer Service & Facilities Assistant is referred to as the "Lead Community and Customer Engagement Coordinator." This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, blending face-to-face customer interaction with crucial health and safety compliance tasks. Your daily activities will vary, but key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exemplary customer service as the primary contact for residents and tenants
  • Conducting routine safety checks, including fire alarm tests and emergency lighting inspections
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Development, and Completions
  • Coordinating with external service providers
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations across all developments
  • Assisting new residents during their move-in process to ensure a smooth transition
  • Organizing community events and activities to enhance resident engagement
  • Responding to emergencies with composure and efficiency
  • Fostering strong relationships with homeowners and their families

As the key representative on-site, you will ensure that all preparations for resident move-ins are complete, maintain effective maintenance services, and keep detailed records of events and activities.
