Anderselite, a leading specialist in Rail and Civil Engineering within the Construction industry, is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator (Rail) to enhance their Rail division on a permanent basis. We are also open to considering a Temp to Perm arrangement for suitable candidates.
In this position, you will provide essential support to the commercial team across various projects, concentrating on contract management and commercial assistance through daily oversight and activities.
- Monitor weekly profitability by collaborating with Project Management personnel and fostering key relationships.
- Oversee expenses for each Project Team, ensuring alignment with Purchase Orders, Credit Card, and Petty Cash expenditures.
- Generate purchase orders for subcontractors, equipment rentals, and material acquisitions utilizing Oracle software.
- Engage with clients and accounts payable to address invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to Commercial Processes by the broader team.
- Assist the Commercial Controller with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar capacity, providing administrative support to commercial teams. You should have collaborated with Project Management teams to guarantee that commercial data is accurately gathered and considered throughout the workweek.
Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. A methodical and organized approach, along with a keen attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and foundational commercial acumen, are crucial for success in this role.
