What does it mean to be a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator?
- Foster Creativity: Guide a team of dedicated Activities Coordinators to develop innovative, person-centered wellbeing initiatives.
- Promote Innovation: spearhead engaging wellbeing programs that not only captivate our residents but also motivate active involvement from staff.
- Community Involvement: Establish positive connections within the community and leverage local resources.
- Comprehensive Support: Collaborate with Lodge Managers and the General Manager to enhance the emotional, psychological, and physical wellbeing of our residents, ensuring their life stories, interests, and passions are central to our approach.

- A Dedicated Advocate: A committed wellbeing champion with a creative approach to designing and implementing unique wellbeing programs.
- Exceptional Leadership and Management Skills: fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Care Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the needs of older adults, including dementia care and person-centered approaches.
