The Role

We're seeking a talented CS & Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless experiences for our customers and Housekeepers.

  • You'll provide top-notch support via email, phone, and live chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • You'll work closely with our Housekeepers to ensure every clean goes ahead without a hitch.
  • You'll be empowered to take ownership of issues and make decisions to resolve them first time, every time.
  • You'll also contribute to projects that drive business growth and improvement, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance our processes, product, and technology.
About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences, with great communication skills and a positive attitude. You'll be tech-savvy, with experience in Zendesk a bonus but not essential.
