Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient CS Operations Administrator to join our team at Richemont. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CS Operations activities related to the servicing of Richemont brand watches.

Key Responsibilities:

* Run reports to identify repairs in "Cost Estimate Accepted/Refused" status
* Collect proceeds/refusals
* Check shipping locations and sort them accordingly
* Push repairs through the flow in SAP
* Print worksheets and repair labels and match them with each repair
* Prepare products to be shipped to other internal locations
* Handover products to the right departments
* Match repairs coming back from other locations with the original paperwork
* Check where the repair must be transferred to and push the repair to the right location, physically and in SAP
* Run reports and collect repairs in "Payment received" status
* Transfer repairs accordingly, physically and in SAP
* Run reports and check for anomalies for responsible locations and statuses

Post Room Responsibilities:

* Open parcels, handle client products safely, and process correctly as per procedures
* Record tracking details accurately to ensure security procedures are followed
* Report any discrepancies
* Collect various deliveries and items using trolleys and hand over to relevant teams
* Handover repairs and packages to couriers
* Creation of shipping labels
* Securely pack CS repairs ready for dispatch

Supply and Matching Responsibilities:

* Manage the reception of spare parts
* Support to replenish kitboxes (orders and fill boxes with consumable parts)
* Match spare parts with each repair
* Adhere to security procedures at all times, know and work within the transport directive at all times

Requirements:

* Reliable, efficient, and organized with good time management

* Able to work independently and take personal ownership
* Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Able to handle multiple flows with various complexities
* Computer literate, SAP experience a benefit, Excel, Outlook, MS office, Teams
* Confident with systems, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving
