Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an F&B Host. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have an amazing experience with us.
- Be familiar with current promotions and products available to ensure that guests can make the most of their visit.
- Proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages.
- Be aware of daily and weekly targets and contribute positively towards them.
- Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
- Replenish stocks to ensure that guests always have the opportunity to access products at all times.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
- Previous experience working in a multifaceted role is preferred.
- Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate with the wider business.
- Sound communication skills.
- Comfortable with change and able to embrace new ways of working.
- Ability to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
