Job Title: Sales and Events Manager - F&B

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our Central Support Office team. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies for our group of 4 bars and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
