We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Guildford Harbour Hotel. As a key member of our spa team, you will assist the Spa Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Spa Manager in leading and motivating the spa team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of spa operations and business strategies
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of spa staff
