We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Spa Director to lead our prestigious 5* luxury hotel resort in Surrey. As a passionate leader with a strong background in senior spa management, you will oversee all aspects of the spa business, from recruitment to promoting and selling various wellness programs.

  • Luxury 5* hotel resort located in a stunning and picturesque landscape.

About the Spa Director Position

  • Managing and controlling sales and profitability.
  • Implementing a 5* service strategy.
  • Managing payroll, H&S, and other administrative duties.
  • Reporting to the General Manager.
  • Overseeing all things Spa related.

The Successful Candidate

  • Knowledgeable in Spa Treatment & Leisure operations – leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A leader with an eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in luxury, 5* hotel environment with Spa/Leisure management.
