Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and control sales and profitability
* Implement a 5* service strategy
* Manage payroll, H&S and other administrative duties
* Report to the General Manager
* Oversee all things Spa related

Requirements:

* Knowledgeable in Spa Treatment & Leisure operations - leadership role
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
* A leader with an eye for detail
* Previous experience in luxury, 5* hotel environment with Spa/Leisure management
