About the Role:

The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and diverse Customer Service and Sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Manage a portfolio of customers across the Midlands, ensuring a first-class service is delivered.
  • Enquiries and Orders: Handle customer, sales, and technical enquiries, raise and negotiate quotations, process company orders, and ensure timely completion.
  • Relationship Building: Build excellent relationships with customers, understanding their individual needs and requirements.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Process customer payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Liaise with couriers to minimize errors and damages.
  • Problem Resolution: Process credits for damaged goods and offer replacements.
