The Opportunity: Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across various communication channels.

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide tailored service to diverse customer base, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Interpret repair queries and respond within set guidelines, including instructions to contractors.
  • Send standard letters in accordance with income management policy.
  • Provide advice on welfare benefits, update records, and liaise with relevant officers.
  • Deal with queries as appropriate and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to the effective operation of the Customer Service Centre.
  • Communicate with other departments and external bodies to ensure efficient service provision.
  • Refer calls that cannot be dealt with to the appropriate staff member.
  • Undertake administrative duties as requested, including word processing, data input, and stationery management.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
  • Customer service experience and immediate availability for work.
