The Opportunity: Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and web.
The Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide tailored service to our diverse customer base, ensuring a positive experience.
- Interpret repair queries and respond within set guidelines, including instructions to contractors.
- Send standard letters in accordance with income management policy.
- Provide advice on welfare benefits, update records, and liaise with relevant officers.
- Deal with queries as appropriate and maintain accurate records of involvement and action taken.
- Contribute positively to the Customer Service team to ensure effective operation.
- Communicate and liaise with other departments and external bodies to ensure efficient and effective service provision.
- Promptly refer calls that cannot be dealt with to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain regular and effective liaison with group-based staff.
- Undertake administrative duties as requested, including word processing, data input, post, photocopying, faxing, and stationery management.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
- Customer service experience and immediate availability for work.
