About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers across the Midlands and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide first-class service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion and accurate fulfillment.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in administration or order processing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and other customer service software.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with one flexible day working from home.
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £26,000.
