Customer Services Co Ordinator

We are seeking a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Services Co Ordinator to join our team at Interaction - Leicester. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and sentiment

Requirements:
