About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to support our sales team on a fixed-term contract until Christmas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer service to internal and external customers
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
