Clinical Psychologist

Our new model focuses on supporting people living in their communities with mental health challenges, ensuring fair access to services that are sensitive to the needs of our communities.
Main DutiesAs a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and formulating individual interventions, plans, and outcome measures that promote recovery, in line with the recovery model and relevant legislation. You will need to have an up-to-date knowledge of NHS policies and practices in mental health, as well as experience of a range of therapeutic interventions and psychotropic medications.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and formulate individual interventions, plans, and outcome measures that promote recovery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of service users
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Provide education and training to service users, families, and carers on mental health issues and recovery strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote recovery and social inclusion
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have a strong understanding of mental health issues, recovery models, and relevant legislation, as well as experience of working in multidisciplinary community mental health services.
