Are you committed to empowering individuals to achieve their aspirations and seeking a rewarding career? If you have a passion for care, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Our exceptional team is looking for *male professionals who possess a patient and understanding demeanor, along with a creative approach and experience in the care sector to join us as full-time Support Practitioners.

Position Overview

In your role as a Support Practitioner, you will aid with various daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, attending appointments, and personal care. You will also provide emotional support and help individuals maintain connections with their loved ones.

Each person we support has unique interests, from attending educational programs and music events to enjoying leisure activities like watching films or dining out with friends. Your support will play a crucial role in reducing social isolation, fostering independence, and enhancing confidence. While having a full UK manual driving license is beneficial, it is not a requirement for joining our team.

Shifts are scheduled between 7am and 11pm on a rotational basis. Each night, we conduct two sleepovers, which run from 10pm until the following day at 10am and 11am.

The transitioning service will require waking night shifts on a rotational basis to accommodate the needs of the individual settling into their new home.

Compensation for Sleepovers
