We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to become a vital part of our Infrastructure HPC team.

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be integral to our expanding roads and networks division, which is responsible for establishing the permanent pathways and networks connecting the primary structures to facilitate the commissioning and operational readiness of the power station. Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Assisting in the execution and oversight of Performance Excellence and Health & Safety protocols in alignment with Kier's standards.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of all labor, equipment, materials, and supply chain resources while identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with the Commercial Team to generate financial forecasts and conduct final cost and value assessments.
  • Encouraging collaborative efforts among project team members to foster a unified team spirit, including the development of team capabilities.
  • Taking full responsibility for the financial management of your project segment, ensuring stringent control over Target Costs, actual expenditures, and forecasts through commercial insight and utilizing site-based systems.
