We are seeking a Assistant Project Manager to become a vital part of our Infrastructure HPC team.

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will collaborate with the HPC team, focusing on the development of essential roads and networks that connect the main facilities, facilitating the commissioning and operational readiness of the power station. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting in the execution and oversight of Performance Excellence and Health & Safety protocols in line with Kier standards.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of all labor, equipment, materials, and supply chain resources while identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with the Commercial Team to generate financial forecasts and conduct final cost and value assessments.
  • Encouraging collaborative efforts among project members to foster a unified team spirit, including mentoring team members.
  • Taking full responsibility for the financial management of your project segment, ensuring strict control over Target Cost, actual expenses, and forecasts through commercial insight and site-based systems.
