A full-time position has become available for a Ward Operations Coordinator at Ravenswood House, a medium secure unit. This role is a vital component of our established multidisciplinary team, which includes healthcare professionals such as Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Support Workers, Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists. The successful candidate will collaborate with our existing administrative team to deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance to the clinical team on the ward.

We seek a motivated, proactive individual with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in IT is essential, as you will be required to navigate various computer systems with confidence and demonstrate a comprehensive skill set in administrative tasks. Responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of administrative duties, including but not limited to admissions, discharges, procurement, document preparation, minute-taking, and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include managing all administrative and clerical tasks to support the inpatient wards at Ravenswood House.

Organizational Structure

You will report directly to the Ward Administration Coordinator and will be expected to provide administrative support to the ward staff while maintaining clinical and personnel records.
