Job Title: Electrical Products Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Products Branch Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products to M&E contractors and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the branch, including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, including M&E contractors and end users.
  • Provide training, development, and motivation to all branch staff.
  • Control all aspects of the branch's profit and loss statement.
  • Sell electrical products to M&E contractors and end users, including manufacturing warehouses.

Requirements:

  • Must have sales-focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale.
  • Ideally, experience selling into installers/contractors.
  • Must be happy to go out and see customers to build relationships and generate sales.
  • Able to work autonomously and also as part of a team.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  • Personable, driven, and a people person.
  • UK driving license.
  • IT savvy.
