About the Role

Duke Corporate Education Limited, a renowned global provider of leadership solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to enhance their education management services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating the development and implementation of leadership programs that meet the needs and specifications of Duke CE's clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their leadership development needs and objectives, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Develop program proposals and design innovative leadership solutions using Duke CE's resources, leveraging expertise in education and business management.
  • Manage the entire program development process from start to finish, guaranteeing that program delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Work closely with faculty, other members of the program team, and partners to deliver high-quality programs that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Oversee program budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluations, ensuring seamless execution and effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all program materials and learning materials are produced at the highest level of quality, reflecting Duke CE's commitment to excellence.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, program participants, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited institution, preferably in Education, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational or corporate environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Project management experience, with an ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies, with a strong understanding of the global education landscape and leadership development trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong capability in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage, reflecting Duke CE's commitment to serving clients in diverse regions.
