Job Overview:
The Educational Program Coordinator is tasked with enhancing the academic offerings and initiatives at Step In Education. This position entails managing educational programs, overseeing curriculum design, facilitating communication among faculty and students, and ensuring the successful execution of educational policies and procedures. The Coordinator will be instrumental in improving educational quality and creating a stimulating learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and assessment of academic programs and curricula.
  • Collaborate with faculty to ensure course material aligns with program goals and accreditation requirements.
  • Organize and oversee academic calendars, including class schedules, exam timetables, and graduation events.

Student Assistance:
  • Provide academic guidance and support to students, including advice on course selection, degree requirements, and academic progress.
  • Address and resolve student inquiries and issues related to their educational experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost student engagement and retention.

Faculty Engagement:
  • Act as the main liaison between faculty and administration.
  • Facilitate faculty meetings and opportunities for professional development.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and assessment of faculty members.
  • Prepare necessary reports and documentation for college administration and accreditation entities.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory standards.

Communication and Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to support institutional objectives and initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate with students, faculty, and external partners to promote academic programs and opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in academic events, workshops, and seminars.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor and evaluate educational programs to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative strategies to elevate the quality of education.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law/Education (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Familiarity with curriculum design, academic advising, and educational policies.

Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in educational software and administrative tools.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse groups and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
