Job Description

Role Overview

Sharp Brains Limited is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of multiple large IT projects within our Academic Programs department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including academic staff, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in running multiple large IT projects as a Program Manager.
  • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in the construction and/or Nuclear/Energy domain is highly desirable.
