- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Full-time permanent role with a commitment of 40 hours per week, scheduled over 5 days, including weekends (8-hour shifts between 7 am and 11 pm) with a requirement for flexibility

- Greet guests upon arrival, manage their luggage, and provide information about local attractions and activities
- Support the reception desk during busy periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar capacity, ideally within a 4-star or higher establishment
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Word; familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems is advantageous
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt as necessary
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Attention to detail with proficiency in English communication
- Commitment to exceeding guest expectations
