Job Overview

  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience
  • Full-time permanent role with a commitment of 40 hours per week, scheduled over 5 days, including weekends (8-hour shifts between 7 am and 11 pm) with a requirement for flexibility

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar capacity, ideally within a 4-star or higher establishment
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Word; familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems is advantageous
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt as necessary
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail with proficiency in English communication
  • Commitment to exceeding guest expectations
