Supply Chain Project Manager - Demand Planning

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of a re-imagined demand management process for our international pharmaceutical client. The successful candidate will work closely with the Demand Teams and maintain ownership for communication, change adoption, and training.

This role requires a strong Project/Programme Management background, with extensive knowledge of planning and preparation for a project of this scale. Key skills include:

  • Demand Planning/Forecasting expertise
  • Change and Transformation Management
  • Supply Chain experience

The Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Design & Capability leads and the Demand Change Network to ensure a successful project outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of the demand management process
  • Work closely with the Demand Teams and maintain ownership for communication, change adoption, and training
  • Collaborate with the Design & Capability leads and the Demand Change Network

Requirements:

  • Strong Project/Programme Management background
  • Extensive knowledge of planning and preparation for a project of this scale

Location: Macclesfield (3 days per week on site)
