As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and variance analysis workstreams across Fourth's research and development, hosting and support cost bases.

Underlining all responsibilities is the ability to provide analysis that adequately challenges business performance and stakeholders, to achieve best value outcomes. You will need to demonstrate good commercial skills and a strong awareness of financial control.

This role will be a real 'self-starter' and in return will gain fantastic exposure to all parts of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure management information is highly relevant and brings new insights to enhance cost control and support commercial decisions.
  • Create and analyze Management Information, bringing both positive and adverse trends to the attention of business stakeholders and suggest key risks, opportunities, implications, and actions.
  • Prepare ad hoc, sensitivity, and scenario analysis.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure all inputs to the planning processes are delivered on time and to quality.
  • Act as the lead Finance 'Business Partner' for Divisional Leaders (Hosting and Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Customer Support, Research and Development). Elements of this responsibility will be EMEA focused, whilst certain areas will be Group-wide.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to support the wider FP&A team deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Deep knowledge of business's financial and accounting dynamics (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow interactions).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a problem-solving focus.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial cost control and working with stakeholders to manage a budget.
  • Be an excellent team player eager to work hard with a constant proactive approach, coordinating with other departments.
