About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our production team at Devil's Kitchen, a leading vegan and free-from food manufacturing business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading small teams on the preparation, mixing, forming, packing, metal detection, or dispatch of our frozen food products.

Previous experience in food production or operating industrial production equipment is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and weighing ingredients and finished products
  • Follow strict policies to maintain food quality and safety standards, as well as health and safety standards
  • Record control measurements and maintain accurate production records
  • Support the training and development of other team members
About You

We are looking for a resourceful and adaptable individual who is willing to change tasks as production requires. You should be able to carry out physical tasks that are reasonably required and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
