About The Role

The Devil's Kitchen is a leading vegan and free-from food manufacturing business, specialising in burgers, balls, and sausages. We supply our products to thousands of schools, universities, hospitals, visitor attractions, and national retail. As part of the Green Britain Group, we're committed to making a positive impact on the environment.

As a Production Team Member, you'll be working directly on a production line or within a production area, leading small teams on the preparation, mixing, forming, packing, metal detection, or dispatch of our frozen food products. You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, physical lifting and movement of ingredients, weighing ingredients, and maintaining food quality and safety standards.

We're looking for a resourceful and adaptable individual who can carry out a range of tasks as production requires. Prior experience in operating food production equipment is an advantage, but full training will be given where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machinery
  • Lift and move ingredients and finished products
  • Weigh ingredients and pack frozen products
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Clean production equipment and surrounding areas
  • Record control measurements and maintain production records

About You

  • Resourceful and adaptable
  • Able to carry out physical tasks as required
  • Full training will be given where applicable
  • Prior experience in food production is an advantage
