About This Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our company by supporting all aspects of the recruitment process. You'll gain hands-on experience in various areas, including:

  • Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador and guide candidates through their journey with us, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Campus Recruitment: Collaborate on strategic campus recruiting initiatives, engaging with universities and career centers to identify promising talent.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
  • Coordination & Operations: Manage job postings, schedule interviews, process reimbursements, and handle offer letters, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Recruiting Initiatives & Special Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruiting strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • 0-1 years of work experience, ideally in recruitment or human resources.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
